Great Customer Service

I received my fender/Mud guard set for my Denago City 2 Step-Thru EBike.
When I went to assemble the fenders I realized that I ordered the wrong fenders. I needed the L/Xl and I ordered the S/Md. I call Denago Customer Service and the young lady that took my call promptly put in an order for the correct fender set, and send me the shipping label so I could send back the wrong item. The new fenders are already on the way.

Very pleased with the way Denago handled my error.
