I have two ebike from Denago like the bike order a basket on the 2st of june to take my bikes to the beach to find out that they have not shipped Spot to CSR about the basket she told me that we i order it would be 3 to 15 days befor order would be filled and ship no where on the web site said or explain this to me we and wold not help to speed what the what's the process?
A sales person I spoke with worked extra hard to get my order out on the Friday before my sister‘s birthday. Everything arrived right when she said it would and I had a great experience with your company. Keep up the good work!
