Customer Service

I have had my ebike for about 9 months and my charger stopped working. The company has sent me a replacement at no charge which is fantastic. Nowadays customer service has become an after thought , but Denago has been great. I am proud to be a customer and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks

Awesome support

My original response was based on my lack of knowledge about the battery and charger. Customer service staff reached out to me and pointed out the error of my ways so I'm able to charge my battery with my perfectly good charger. I do suggest that the Owners Manual be updated to indicate the charging port on the battery itself. Very happy with my Denago. Thanks to customer service staff member, Jamaiya.

Got Excellent Help at their Corporate Office location

I was from out of state and found their location online. This was their distribution and corporate office. Even though they were not a custom to selling parts directly from office. They made it happen and put we back on the road setup for success! Shout out to William Wang for his help and getting me fixed up!!
