Tremendous Service

I placed an order and released when I got the confirmation email I had an old shipping address. I called the next morning and was able to easily resolve the problem and get my order shipped to the right spot. In a day and age when fewer and fewer companies care about customer service, I called, a person answered was understanding of my issue and resolved it. She even followed up with an email to confirm order was fixed. Thanks

I have had my ebike for about 9 months and my charger stopped working. The company has sent me a replacement at no charge which is fantastic. Nowadays customer service has become an after thought , but Denago has been great. I am proud to be a customer and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks
