Denago Fat Tire Top Tube eBike

Waited a while to write a review. First test the bike extensively. What a wonderful bike this is. The support is very natural but works great. What a nice cycling experience this is. Had tested many E bikes but no bike gives this experience. Unpacking and assembly is easy. Then the enjoyment can begin. Am so glad I bought this bike.

After buying my wife a fat tire, I decided to get my own one. What a great purchasing experience! The bike arrived within a week, but had to wait a few more weeks for accessories to arrive. The customer service team is awesome, as they kindly included the promotion items even though I made the purchase before the promo started! I take short 3 - 5 mile rides around the neighborhood most days...weather permitting. I love the PAS and throttle for the hills in the area, and the bike is so solid! Coming 99% assembled was a big plus. I had it unboxed, and ready in ½ hour. Looking forward to years of fun and enjoyment from my fat tire. Thanks Denago....you rock!

I highly recommend the fat tire top e-bike Eafter having it for about 6 weeks and 350 miles. Super fun and very practical. Using it instead of the car for trips to the market, library and pharmacy. Also, I have used the customer help line and these folks will walk you through any question you might have, they are kind and patient. No wonder Consumer Reports rated it highly. Keep up the great work.

The quality of the fat tire e-bike is exceptional. Fit and finish are excellent and service is second to none in this segment. The bike was delivered to my door in less than a week after the order was placed. I've had the bike for about a month now and in spite of bad weather have about 120 miles on it, which is not bad for a 75 year old man who has not been on a bicycle for 50 years. The bike is powerful and shifts smoothly and is easy to ride. I usually ride in PAS 1 except in the hills where PAS 2 is adequate for 90% of the time. I bought the bike to get some exercise which is easy to do on this bike. I didn't ride before because I was unable to cross the hilly areas. The ebike has solved that problem.

I love my denago Fat Tire ebike. When we were camping at a state park in Pa. a couple of camp hosts had ebikes from this company and loved them, so I ordered one. It came within a week. When I opened the box the rear tire was flat. Tried to fill tire but not successful. Took it to a local bicycle shop. There was a hole in the inner tube. I called customer service and told them what happened. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I requested that the company reimburse me for the bill. I emailed the bill and was reimbursed that same day. No hastle. Now that is exceptional customer service. I tell people what a great company they are if they are interested in buying an ebike.
