This company is fantastic I received my e-bike the charger was not working correctly I didn't even ask for a charger all I asked for was just someone to call me and I wanted to talk to somebody about the problem instead when I posted it on their support page they already are shipping me a brand new charger and I didn't even ask I would definitely do business with this company and the bike is fantastic

I have two issues one the charger gets so hot I cannot even pick it up also the also it does recognize my password I created. I would like someone to contact me on the issues.

I purchased a fat tire denago e bike about a month ago. I have a hard time walking because of a injury. I have been able to ride this bike with no problems. I now have 200 miles on it on all terrains.
Battery lasts like it says in the specs. Bike has plenty of power and with one bad leg it allows me to get places that I can't walk. I will be taking it hunting to see if I can get back out there. I know it will get me where I want to go. Thank you for the awesome bike.
One bad thing is I am still waiting for the racks. I hope they come soon.

Denago Fat Tire EBIKE is paradise on wheels.

I’ve had it for a little over a month and put on 61 miles so far. It is so fun to ride in the neighborhood or even when camping on trail riding as well. Makes riding my kids to school and back a blast. It was easy to assemble, packed wonderfully and definitely fast enough for what I like. Good quality components Shimano shifter derialer Befang 750 watt motor and Zoom suspension fork makes riding more comfortable. It’s impressive.

"First off - the customer service from this company is exceptional. They communicated throughout the process to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted once I ordered the bike. They called to make sure I was getting the size, battery power, everything that I wanted. I received the bike several days earlier than promised - BECAUSE THEY DROVE IT TO ME! I live about 80 miles from the city they are located in..
the bike are amazing (I ordered 2). Well built, study. Lots of unexpected extras. I am about 6’2, 230lbs and this bike is comfortable and has no problem getting up hills, up to speed, and going for miles. I am VERY pleased with this purchase and would highly recommentld the bike and the company!"
