Front Fender Bolt for City1 (M6*60)

For Starters, their email requesting this feedback states they fulfilled it 8 days ago, I didn't receive it until Saturday, they mailed it on Friday, they show 8 days ago they fulfilled it, but took over a week to put it in the mail.

The bolt, washer and nut were missing from the hardware pack, I contacted support and they said they would send it out. I received it, they didn't include the nut or washer, and then the bolt they send is too short, It doesn't even stick through the fork, instead it sits flush. Their Q/A on all this is pathetic at best. See my other reviews, if they post any of these, to read about the fiasco with the bent fork, sending me a used and broken rear fender reflector, and how long it takes to send everything -- hit, up to 10 days before they even ship the items.
