Please get a new third party service to seek out reviews. Your current one is asking for a review before the product has even shipped. According to the email the service is powered by "judge.me" and the judgement in this case is failure to do due dilligence.

Not sure why, but the washers did not fit on the screws and we had to go to Lowe’s to get new washers. The final product is great and looks good, but the hardware should actually fit the device

Rack is super light feeling and it was easy to install. I’m super excited to put more on this track instead of wearing a back pack.
