Reflector Set- Denago eBike replacement kit

I bought two city 2 bikes used. I contacted. Denago to order parts and accessories that I wanted, I paid full retail. They sent a few pieces that I order and the rest have been on hold for almost a month. I contacted them several times asking for help and all they give me was excuses. I still have not received my parts. They stopped responding when I requested a refund. I think it’s better to buy the parts used off of eBay then to go through them directly. I found the batteries for the bike on Ebay and Temu. It’s all Chinese made parts anyways you don’t even need them. Their warranty is only good to the original owner for two years. I would avoid this company like the plague if I were you.
