Great bike

Received the bike is good condition although the box was beaten up pretty bad. Assembly was straight forward without any missing parts. I ordered the rear rack and did have to drill the 2 lower holes because they didn’t line up. Have ridden 10 miles and very pleased with the quality and fit of the bike!

I love this City eBike!

This bike allows me to be active again and it is incredibly well-built. They thought of every detail when they designed it. Battery lasts forever and it is the most comfortable bike I have ever used. Hands down one of the best purchases I have made in a while.

Great customer service

I am absolutely thrilled with the bike! The pedal assist system is highly responsive and lives up to its reputation, while the throttle-only mode provides an impressive battery life. Although I encountered two instances of brake issues within the first month, Denago promptly and efficiently repaired them without any hassle.

Better than expected

Bought 2 for the wife and I. We both enjoy them. We are not spring chickens and these bike work perfect for us. When out getting exercise, we use the throttle to take a break without stopping our trip. easy to assemble, great price point for what you are getting. First day out riding, rode 10 miles and had over half of the battery life left.
Will highly recommend these bikes

Cool

Not in the past ten years have I looked forward to my commute so much. Strong winds can make commuting difficult at times and can even add hillsides that can be very difficult at times. Level 1 assist solves all of these issues and still allows the rider to work for it, but provides a natural electric assist that takes away the advantage of wind and hills. The city 2 e-bike is a joy to ride and makes my 25-30 mile round trip commute so much more enjoyable!
