Great Ebike fills all my wifes needs

We have had this ebike for a couple weeks now and my wife loves it. We live in a hilly area and helps her when she gets exhausted. Thanks for making a great bike.

What a Bike!

This is my first ebike and although I did a fair bit of homework before buying the bike (at Kozy’s in Chicago - thank you for once again being there for me, Sherdon!), I really didn’t know how good this ebike is. It’s not just a great value - it’s a great and fun way of getting around and commuting in the city or out to bike trails in Wisconsin. I also appreciate being able to turn off the power assist mode and getting in a workout. I am genuinely grateful for this ebike (and for Sherdon at Kozy’s!).

If I ever get the bike, I bet it will be great!

I think this survey request was a little premature. I ordered the bike 7 days ago. I still don't know when the bike will be delivered. I have a tracking number but all it says is the label has been printed. No estimated delivery date. I assume I will get the bike someday, and I bet I'll love it, but I currently have no idea when that will be..

I called wondering where my bike was and I also never received a receipt or tracking. However, they were very prompt returning my call and confirmed delivery and receipt. They told me to check my spam and sure enough that's where it was. Very Prompt, Professional Customer service. Pleasure to deal with and confirmed I made the right purchase.
