Good and Bad Experience

I received my bike and the back brake did not work. There was no brake fluid in the system. I also found the manual and the online manual a little thin on details such as information about the brake system. Zoom the brake manufacturer had nothing about the brakes either. I wanted to raise my handle bar angle and didn't see the hidden screw under the bars. So I was a bid frustrated trying to figure that out. A little more detail on the various systems in the manual would have been nice. It also would have saved me a lot of time.

Handlebar adjuster sheered immediately

My husband is 6'4 and while assembling the bike, went to adjust the handlebars to fit his height when they completely sheered/stripped. We have contacted customer support but have yet to get a response :/ we were so excited for these!! I hope we hear something soon! our cruiser also arrived broken. :(
