Cable issues

I just read the guy’s review about cable issues with rack assembly on front. Sad. I already regret and I saw this AFTER I ordered mine and it’s on the way as I type.

New Grips

these grips are so much better than the ones that came on our bikes, the old one had metal inside and bar end mirrors wouldn’t fit, the new ones are perfect , mirrors are installed, I ordered 2 pair for my wife’s bike as well

Hunt 1 fenders

Easy to install, works well. Metal not plastic.

Battery and front rack purchase

Commute 2 compared to Commute 1

When I was shopping for an eBike I was unable to find reviews or comparisons for the Commute 2. I did a lot of research and decided to buy the Commute 2. I love this bike and look forward to many journeys. I created the attached video so others would have more info about the Commute 2 and how it compares to the Commute 1.

Order got canceled with no explanation

I bought the hunt 1 and so far it’s excellent. Shipping was very fast. Ordered a front rack and a fender kit and my order got cancelled with no explanation.

Missing something.

The kickstand is just like the old one. Though, maybe include replacement bolts? One of the old bolts is busted from the damage the bike took and I can't re-use it.

The Denago website takes all of your contact information, and instead of verifying my order was correct they sent a set of random keys (126) instead of the keys I requested (003).

Delivery is slow

From the day I placed my order to the day I received my order it was 10 days, this is slow. I ordered an inner tube and tire. Price of the Inner tube is high.

Warranty replacement front brake was replaced with a complete front and rear upgrade set.
